The Adaptive Edge Profile
For the leader who senses the gap is widening, and can't yet say where.
You Can Feel The Gap Before You Can Name It.
The Adaptive Edge Profile is a short, free diagnostic that names where your leadership is strongest as you navigate the AI transition — and where the gap between what this moment asks of you and what you currently bring is largest. Thirty questions. Ten to fifteen minutes. No score, no grade, no ranking: a written reflection you can actually use.

Insight, not a scorecard.
Most leadership diagnostics answer with a number — a percentile, a grade, a ranking — which tells you where you stand against other leaders and nothing about why you're standing there.
The Profile does the opposite. It reads the pattern underneath your answers and hands back a short written reflection: the orientation you lead from, where your capacity is already strong, and the single habit most likely limiting what you're able to see.
A number tells you where you stand. A pattern tells you why you're standing there.
What the Adaptive Edge Profile names.
Your strongest edge
The capability your organization already relies on — stated plainly enough to defend, and to build on.
The pattern running underneath
The habit or assumption most likely shaping your results without being spoken aloud.
One question worth sitting with
Not an action item. A question precise enough to change the next conversation you have about it.
Begin
Answer honestly rather than aspirationally — the reflection is only as useful as the picture it starts from. The Profile opens in its own space and brings you back here when you're done.

Consent, the email-for-PDF field, and the AILIR question below all live inside the Profile tool. The text on this page mirrors them so you know what you're agreeing to before you start.
Consent as contribution
☐ I understand that completing the Profile contributes anonymized, aggregated data to ongoing research validating this instrument. No individual response is ever published, sold, or shared.
☐ Separately, and entirely optional: I'm open to being contacted about the AILIR — AI Leadership Insights Research program. This is a distinct invitation from the data contribution above, and declining it changes nothing about the reflection I receive.
Your reflection appears on screen the moment you finish.
No email required to read it. If you'd like a formatted PDF to keep or forward, add your email at the end and we'll send one — that is the only thing email is used for here.
The Profile names the pattern. The Edge Conversation names what to do about it.
